Road Surface Preparation
The road surface should be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, mud, loose particles, and other contaminants. Proper surface preparation is essential for stronger adhesion and better long-term performance.
Storage
Store under cover in a dry, cool, ventilation area, protected from moisture. Stock should be rotated and used within 12 months from the date of manufacture. Improper storage environment may lead to undesirable condition, such as changes in color, serious hardening and other problems.
Application Method
Application requires the skills of trained personnel and specialized equipment. It can be applied by spraying, screed, extrusion method, or even by hand scraper according to different jobsite conditions.
Application Temperature
The material is heated to an application temperature of 180°C to 200°C, with a maximum temperature of 230°C.
