The repainting section in Tashkent looked simple at first, but the old asphalt had dust and polished areas from traffic. We did not apply the thermoplastic paint directly. The team cleaned the surface and brushed primer before marking, and the new white line gripped the pavement much better. For old city roads, primer is worth the extra step.

For a commercial parking area, the owner mainly wanted clean white and yellow lines with good initial reflectivity. We did not choose a high premixed glass bead formula. A 0% internal bead paint with drop-on glass beads during application was enough for the first inspection and helped reduce the material cost.

We originally planned the 20ft container based on about 25 tons. Tianhua helped communicate with the freight forwarder and checked whether the loading plan could be optimized. Finally, the container was arranged for 27 tons under a suitable loading plan. For an inland market like Uzbekistan, this reduced the freight cost per ton and made the full-container order more reasonable.
