I am looking for cooperation with road marking contractors or maintenance teams working on thermoplastic road projects in Peru. My experience includes push machine operation, hand marking work, equipment setup, calibration, routine maintenance, and checking line quality after application. I am especially interested in old road repainting, pedestrian crossings, parking areas, highway maintenance, and projects where primer, clean edges, and correct glass bead spreading are important.

For distributor stock, Spanish bag information was useful. Contractors wanted to identify color, storage reminders, application use, and basic formula details without asking every time. For a project outside the coastal area, the biggest issue was not the paint itself but the construction window. Temperature changed a lot between day and night, and the road surface had to be dry before marking. Once the crew waited for the right pavement condition, the yellow warning lines came out much better.

For a private parking area, the owner mainly needed clean white and yellow lines with good initial reflectivity. We did not choose a high premixed glass bead formula. A 0% internal bead option with drop-on glass beads during construction was enough for the early inspection and kept the material cost lower.

Our original plan was based on about 25 tons in one 20ft container. Tianhua helped coordinate with the freight forwarder and checked the loading arrangement again. Under a suitable loading plan, the container was finally arranged for 27 tons. For Peru, this reduced the freight cost per ton and made the full-container purchase more reasonable.

At the beginning, we compared only the paint price per ton. Later we realized that Callao port handling, customs, warehouse unloading, and delivery to Lima all changed the final cost. Tianhua Group gave clear loading and packing details, which helped us calculate the landed cost instead of only looking at the factory quotation.

This was a maintenance job on an older asphalt road, not a new pavement section. The faded lines looked easy to cover at first, but the surface had dust and polished areas from traffic. We cleaned the road and used primer before applying Tianhua Traffic thermoplastic paint. The new white line bonded much better, and the edge looked cleaner after cooling.
