I am looking for cooperation with road marking contractors working on city repainting, river-port access roads, parking areas, logistics yards, and public road maintenance projects in Paraguay or nearby markets. My site experience is mainly practical work: push machine operation, hand marking around arrows and crossings, equipment setup, calibration, small machine checks, and controlling line quality after application. I am especially interested in projects where old pavement preparation, primer use, clean edges, and proper glass bead spreading are important.

For local resale, Spanish packaging was useful. Small contractors wanted to see color, storage reminders, application use, and whether the material was suitable for zebra crossings, bus lanes, arrows, parking lines, or logistics yards. Tianhua’s OEM packaging helped us explain the product faster without sending a separate product sheet every time.

The paint was ready, but the pavement was not. After rain, the road looked dry from a distance, yet moisture was still sitting in low spots and old surface cracks. The team waited, cleaned again, and then marked. The line made later was much better than the small section we tried too early.

The Chaco route was a different case. Heat, dust, and heavy vehicles made us think more about wear and night visibility after months of use. Drop-on beads gave good first reflection, but we selected premixed glass beads for longer-term retroreflectivity. This was not the cheapest option, but it matched the road condition better.

For a parking and access road project near Ciudad del Este, the owner mainly cared about clean white and yellow lines for early inspection. We did not choose a high internal glass bead formula. A 0% premixed bead paint with drop-on glass beads during application gave enough initial reflection and kept the material cost reasonable.

At first our Paraguay resale plan was based on a safer, lower 20ft container loading figure. Tianhua checked the bag stacking method, pallet arrangement, container weight allowance, and freight forwarder comments with us. After the loading plan was confirmed, the shipment could be arranged at 27 tons. That changed the freight-per-ton number in our quotation sheet and gave us more room when selling to road contractors and public works suppliers.

For Paraguay, the shipment does not end when the container reaches a seaport. Our cost sheet had to include the ocean route, river transport, Villeta or Asunción handling, unloading, and delivery to the warehouse. The paint price was only one line in the calculation. The useful part was getting clear packing information before we promised prices to local contractors.

This was an old road maintenance job in Asunción. The faded white line was still visible, but the asphalt had dust, loose particles, and smooth tire-worn areas. We cleaned the surface and brushed primer before applying Tianhua Traffic thermoplastic paint. The new line bonded better, and the edges looked more stable after cooling. For old pavement, I would not treat primer as optional.
