We selected a formula with premixed glass beads because internal beads are more useful when the surface gradually wears down.

The yellow paint was used around an industrial yard where heavy vehicles turned frequently. The line had to resist wheel wear more than just look clean. After increasing the application thickness and spreading surface beads properly, the marking looked more suitable for daily truck movement.

This was a road maintenance job, not a new asphalt section. The old line had faded, and the surface was dusty in several areas. The contractor cleaned the pavement first and applied primer before using Tianhua Traffic thermoplastic paint. That primer step helped the new white line grip the old road better, especially where the asphalt had been polished by traffic.

For a commercial parking area, the owner mainly wanted clear white and yellow lines for the first inspection. We did not use a high premixed glass bead formula. A 0% internal bead option with surface-applied glass beads gave enough initial reflectivity and helped keep the material cost lower.

For road markings in colder regions, we paid more attention to adhesion and wear resistance. Snow removal, freeze-thaw, and de-icing materials can be hard on markings. A stronger formula with better bead retention made more sense than choosing the cheapest hot-melt paint.

The first test section did not look perfect because wind brought dust back onto the pavement before marking. After the team cleaned again and controlled the heating temperature more carefully, the white line became smoother. In Kazakhstan, surface preparation can matter as much as the product itself.
