We bought the white thermoplastic paint for a repainting job on an older asphalt road. The surface looked clean at first, but after checking closely, there was still dust and worn old marking material. The contractor used primer before applying Tianhua Traffic paint, and the bonding was much better than applying directly. For old roads in São Paulo, primer is not an extra step; it is necessary if you want the line to stay firm.

At first, we calculated the order based on the usual 25 tons for one 20ft container. Tianhua helped communicate with the freight forwarder and checked the loading plan again. Finally, the container was arranged for 27 tons under a suitable loading condition. For Brazil, where inland delivery can already be expensive, reducing the freight cost per ton made the full-container purchase much more practical.

The material arrived in good condition, but storage could not be careless. In a humid coastal area, we kept the bags off the floor and away from rain during unloading. The paint melted normally during construction. I think many quality complaints come from bad storage before use, not always from the material itself.

For a highway maintenance section, the buyer asked a different question: not just how bright the line looked on the first night, but whether it would still reflect after traffic wear. In that case, we chose a formula with premixed glass beads. Drop-on beads gave the first reflective effect, but internal beads were more useful for longer-term nighttime visibility.

For a shopping center parking area, the owner mainly wanted clean white and yellow lines and good initial reflectivity. We did not need a high percentage of premixed glass beads. A 0% internal bead formula with drop-on beads during application was enough for the early inspection, and it helped keep the material cost under control.
