For a supermarket parking area in Córdoba, the owner wanted neat white parking bays and yellow arrows that looked bright during the first inspection. We did not choose a high internal glass bead formula. Drop-on glass beads during application gave enough initial reflection. For this kind of private project, paying for highway-level long-term retroreflectivity would have been unnecessary.

This was a maintenance job on an old urban road, not a clean new asphalt surface. The previous white line was faded but still sitting on the pavement in patches. Our crew removed loose material, cleaned the road, and brushed primer before applying Tianhua Traffic thermoplastic paint. The new line held better at the edges. Without primer, I think the polished wheel-track areas would have caused trouble later.

The first test line was not as smooth as expected. Later we found the operator had overheated the material while waiting for the road section to be ready. After keeping the kettle temperature steadier and cleaning the pavement again, the same paint gave a much cleaner line. The product was not the problem; the site rhythm was.

Our first container calculation was based on a safer loading figure because we were unsure whether pallets would reduce the quantity too much. Tianhua checked the bag layout, pallet plan, container payload, and forwarder requirements with us before shipment. When the loading plan was confirmed at about 27 tons for the 20ft container, it changed more than freight cost. It allowed us to split stock between Buenos Aires and inland customers without raising the unit price too much.

I am looking for cooperation with road marking contractors working on bus lanes, pedestrian crossings, parking lots, toll-road areas, industrial yards, and intercity road maintenance in Argentina or nearby markets. My experience is mainly hands-on: push machine operation, hand work around arrows and crossings, equipment setup, calibration, simple troubleshooting, and checking line width and bead spreading while the thermoplastic is still hot. I am especially interested in teams that care about primer on old pavement, clean edges, and long-term night visibility rather than only finishing fast.
