For a private parking area, the owner mainly wanted clean white and yellow lines with good initial reflectivity. We did not choose a high premixed glass bead formula. A 0% internal bead formula with drop-on beads was enough for the early inspection and helped keep the material cost under control.

At first, we calculated the shipment based on the common 25 tons for one 20ft container. Tianhua checked the packing plan and helped coordinate with the freight forwarder. Finally, the loading plan reached 27 tons under the suitable container arrangement. For a full-container order to Montevideo, this made the freight cost per ton more reasonable.

For a road maintenance section with regular traffic, the buyer cared about nighttime visibility after several months, not only the first reflective result. In that case, premixed glass beads were worth adding. Drop-on beads helped at the beginning, but internal beads made more sense for longer service life.

The 25kg bags were practical for counting stock and sending smaller quantities to different contractors. For local resale, Spanish packaging or neutral bags are more useful than plain export packaging. The product was easier to introduce when contractors could quickly identify color, application use, and basic formula information.

Uruguay does not always give a long dry construction window. The paint itself melted normally, but the team had to wait for the pavement to be fully dry after light rain. The first section we rushed did not look as clean. After waiting longer and checking surface moisture, the white line finish was much better.

This order was used for repainting white lane lines and pedestrian crossings in an urban road maintenance project. The road surface was not new, so the contractor cleaned the old asphalt and applied primer before marking. The primer step improved bonding, especially where the previous lines were already worn and polished by traffic.
