I am looking for cooperation with road marking crews handling night work, school crossings, parking lots, airport access roads, port yards, and city repainting projects in Puerto Rico or nearby Caribbean markets. I am comfortable with push machine operation, hand work around arrows and crossings, equipment setup, calibration, small machine checks, and watching bead spread while the line is still hot. I prefer crews that care about pavement dryness, primer on old surfaces, clean edges, and safe reopening after marking.

The road section in Ponce had old faded markings and some worn asphalt. We had tried direct application on similar old surfaces before, and the line edge was not ideal. This time the crew cleaned the pavement and brushed primer before applying Tianhua Traffic thermoplastic paint. The new line bonded better and looked more stable after cooling. For old pavement, primer saved us from repeating the same mistake.

In Puerto Rico’s humidity, I would not leave thermoplastic bags on the floor or near open doors. We raised the material on pallets, opened only what we needed, and the paint melted normally later. One contractor did not ask only for white and yellow paint. He asked whether the material could be discussed around AASHTO M249, drying time, bead content, and line appearance after application. We requested samples first instead of ordering directly. The sample helped us check melting behavior and color before talking about bulk supply. A road section near Mayagüez had more rain exposure and night traffic than a normal parking area. The buyer did not want the markings to look good only in the first week. We discussed a formula with premixed glass beads because surface beads help the beginning, but internal beads can keep supporting retroreflectivity after wear. This was a better decision for a road that sees weather and traffic every day.
